燉橙加鹽就寒咳或熱咳OK!

我又打輸仗!咳到死死咋吓,食西葯大昏咗兩日,瞓到頭都脹,有個同學阿芝(APA啲師妹)給我這止咳祕方,明天試完再同大家分享。

燉橙加鹽就寒咳或熱咳OK! (燉橙加川貝只係俾熱咳)
This method had been tested by many people. One of the best methods to stop cough.
咳足咗二個星期,個喉嚨痕到不得了,一向都係寒底的我,以為今次又係寒咳啦,咁就煲咗啲薑茶飲,不過都冇效,公司有個同事教我一個老人家祕方,就係『燉橙』喇。以前我都有聽說過 燉橙係得的,不過係加川貝,原來川貝燉橙只係比熱咳的人飲的,寒咳就不能喝, 但燉橙加鹽就寒咳或熱咳也可 。
Cut off the top part of the orange, put some salt into the orange, and put back the top part. Steam it 10 minutes and eat all the fresh including the juice at the bottom of the bowl. Taste not very nice but cures your prolonged cough in days.

個橙開小小頂, 界十字 Cut off a little shelf of top.


加半茶匙鹽 Add ½ teaspoon of salt

放入碗內隔水蒸20分鐘 Place in a bowl and steam it 20 minute


食哂個橙的肉 Finish it
最重要就係飲哂碗底的水, (都幾難飲- 因又咸又苦)
Don’t forget to finish the water left in the bowl. Its taste sour and salty, good for cure.

但如果你咳到冇哂辨法又瞓唔到 - 試吓喇!
